Sony Pictures has released a new trailer and posters for Men in Black: International, reboot popular MIB / People in Black. This time, instead of Will Smith and Tommy Lee Jones, Chris Hemsworth and Tess Thompson are in the lead roles of a dynamic duo.
Tessa Thompson is agent M, a novice in the ranks of a secret alien surveillance agency, and she, like Smith, in the first film portrays the reality of aliens and lives on Earth, only with skillful camouflage. Chris Hemsworth interprets the best of the best that the agency has to offer; he is Agent H and at the same time is a new partner of Agent M. Two agents will be in the fight against enemies within the organization itself. The catalyst of the film is the murder of an alien government representative, so H and M agents have the task of catching a killer and discovering a mole in their organization that helped in the assassination. Liam Neeson interprets the head of the London office of the agency, while Emma Thompson returns to the role of the chief of an organization as an agent of O. The other major roles are interpreted by Rebecca Ferguson, Kumail Nanjiani, Rafe Spall, Laurent Bourgeois, and Larry Bourgeois.
The film's director is F. Gary Gray (Straight Outta Compton), and the script is signed by Art Marcum and Matt Holloway (Iron Man). The executive producers are Barry Sonnenfeld who directed the first three films and Steven Spielberg.
Men in Black: International in Theaters arrives on June 14th.
